What we can't do
FreePDFToolbox is a static website with no servers and no databases. That means:
- We cannot store or retrieve your files.
- We cannot receive file attachments.
- We cannot process documents on your behalf.
Every tool must be used directly in your browser.
Response expectations
This is an independent project, not a large company with a support desk. We read every message but cannot guarantee a reply time. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps get the fastest attention.
